Requirements
We are looking for volunteers for EQUITANA 2027 who are available for a minimum of three days, although availability for the entire event duration (18–24 March 2027) would be preferred.
For the Stable Team and Feed Distribution Team, your assignment would begin earlier, on Tuesday, 16 March 2027.
For the VIP Guest Services Team, shifts are not required on Thursday, 18 March 2027, or Wednesday, 24 March 2027. There is no evening show on the final day of the event.
We aim to assign two volunteers to each position, ensuring that you have sufficient time to take breaks, explore the exhibition, watch the programme, and do some shopping.
You will receive a team uniform (sweatshirt) and, of course, refreshments and meals will be provided throughout your time on site.
⚠️ Important:
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide accommodation. You will therefore need to arrange your own stay. You can find hotels near the exhibition grounds here:
