EQUITANA 2025 – ticket sales have now started!
A happy horse - that is the focus of EQUITANA from 6 to 12 March 2025 in Essen - in the exhibition area as well as in the rings. The ticket shop is now open for the trade show. Advance ticket sales for the four HOP TOP shows and the training evenings - including with the Werndl siblings - will start at the end of October.
‘The welfare of horses is our top priority and that of the entire industry. Our mission is to inspire and support horse lovers so that they can take even greater responsibility for their animals,’ says EQUITANA Event Director Tina Uetz. The product range and supporting programme are geared towards this claim.
Late night shopping for horse fans
Around 600 exhibitors from 30 countries will be presenting the latest trends on the market. ‘Whether you're a beginner or a professional rider, everyone will find something ‘more’ for their own horse and their individual well-being,’ says EQUITANA Exhibition Director Sarah Walter, looking ahead to the trade fair. The EQUITANA Late Night Shopping is a perfect match. The trade fair will remain open until 10 p.m. on 11 March. Anyone with a Late Night Shopping ticket can look forward to special discounts and personalised advice.
Live learning: No digital platform can replace this
Whether workshops or demonstrations: The daily programme offers valuable educational input in various formats on all days of the trade fair. Day tickets for EQUITANA 2025 therefore not only include access to the largest shopping mile in the equestrian world, but also to an education platform that allows visitors to participate and exchange ideas with leading experts.
New stages for hot topics: Trade congress and trade forum
For the first time, EQUITANA 2025 will offer a Specialist Congress on 10 and 11 March with current topics such as politics, energy management, digitalisation, innovative schooling and health management in stables. The congress is aimed at stable operators, clubs, breeders and trainers and will focus on practical innovations and dialogue with high-calibre speakers.
Hall 3 will also feature the new Specialist Forum. This is where key equestrian topics will be addressed in panel discussions: from training topics and getting started in equestrian sport, to equipment trends and the development of safety equipment through to transport logistics. EQUITANA Exhibition Director Sarah Walter explains: ‘We want to give these topics a stage and work with the community and experts to develop wishes and ideas that could shape the equestrian sport of the future.’
Career Training Day on 12 March 2025
Anyone looking for a new job or an apprenticeship in the equine sector should not miss the first Vocational Training Day on 12 March 2025. Here, prospective trainees and graduates can talk directly to potential employers and make important contacts for their professional future.
More than just theory: New Health World powered by Agria with hands-on workshops
The new Healthcare World powered by AGRIA in Hall 1 not only offers the opportunity to acquire theoretical knowledge, but also to apply and deepen it directly in hands-on workshops - for example in a first aid course so that you know what to do in an emergency.
