Who can participate in this joint stand?

Eligible for funding are legally independent young innovative companies that:

- have their registered office and business operations in the Federal Republic of Germany,

- meet the respective valid EU definition of a small enterprise (less than 50 employees and annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of no more than ten million euros)

- are less than ten years old

- have newly developed or significantly improved products, processes and services.

How does the joint stand work?

There is a joint stand which is jointly designed by EQUITANA and the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection. Each company will have its own branded trade fair counter, and seating will also be provided for customer meetings at the joint stand. 

Funding

Of the total costs of an exhibitor's participation in the fair, the costs invoiced by the fair organiser for stand rental and stand construction are eligible for funding. A percentage of the eligible expenses is granted in the amount of 60 per cent for the first two participations and 50 per cent from the third participation up to a total amount of 7,500 euros per exhibitor and trade fair.
