Equitana Open Air opens the event season

Germany's largest mass sport festival pitches its tents at the Rennbahnpark Neuss from 23 to 25 July.

Reed Exhibitions is once again leading the way: with EQUITANA Open Air, the largest festival in equestrian sports, the trade fair organiser is sending a visible signal for a new start after the Corona pandemic. "We are very pleased to be able to launch EQUITANA Open Air, the first event in this form in North Rhine-Westphalia. The past months have clearly shown how much people have missed events like this and how important they are as a driver of the economy," emphasises Benedikt Binder-Krieglstein, CEO of Reed Exhibitions Germany. "As trade fair organisers, we have been working towards this moment for a long time and want to offer exhibitors and visitors an unforgettable experience after the long break."

Programme with many highlights

EQUITANA Open Air will pitch its tents in Neuss from 23 to 25 July. The spacious area of the Rennbahnpark offers enough space to keep your distance and still enjoy the unique atmosphere together. Visitors can expect a varied programme with numerous highlights during the three festival days. Spectacular show performances and exciting competitions can be seen at various venues. The spacious exhibition area invites to a relaxed shopping spree under the open sky.

For participants, visitors and exhibitors, the rules of keeping their distance, wearing masks and hand hygiene familiar from retail and catering apply on the grounds. At the entrance, in accordance with the current Corona Protection Ordinance, they must present a certificate that they have survived a Covid 19 infection, a current vaccination card or an official antigen test that is not older than 48 hours. Visitors can buy their tickets online and benefit from favourable early bird rates until 22 June.
