Here you will find our registration tool for all horses and persons participating in EQUITANA 2025. Please note that non-registered horses will not be granted access to the exhibition grounds and stables. Our online registration is open until Feb 1st 2025, until this date you can edit your registered persons and horses yourself. You also reserve the boxes for your horses registered for EQUITANA, which will be invoiced to you after confirmation by the EQUITANA team.

General information

NEW: All persons who require a participant wristband for EQUITANA 2025 (riders, grooms, drivers, etc.) must also be registered via our online registration. All registered persons will receive a link to register in our system and will then be sent a QR code. This will be scanned on site by the stable manager at P1 and the person will receive a wristband. No more wristbands will be sent out in advance. The number of wristbands is limited and will be checked by the EQUITANA team. A formula for the number of wristbands depending on the number of horses can be found in the registration.
