The fastest way to EQUITANA Open Air

Centrally located and easy to reach: The Maimarkt site is conveniently located in the middle of Germany. The very well-developed transport network ensures a relaxed journey from all directions. You can reach the fairgrounds by car, by local and long-distance public transport or by plane.

Parking spaces at a glance

The Maimarkt grounds are located directly next to the A656 motorway and there are plenty of parking spaces. In addition to the large car park P20, other car parks in the vicinity of the Maimarkt can be used.

In particular, car parks P6 and P7 directly next to the main entrance can be used for EQUITANA Open Air.

There are no environmental zone restrictions for the Maimarkt grounds. The disabled parking space is located to the right of the main entrance.

The signs to the fair will guide you easily to the grounds, where you will find plenty of parking spaces from which the Maimarkt grounds can be easily reached on foot.

In particular, car parks P6 and P7 directly next to the main entrance can be used for EQUITANA Open Air.

Parking for people with disabilities

People with a degree of disability of >80% can park free of charge. The car park is located to the right of the main entrance.

By Train

Arrival by train - comfortable and flexible

Local traffic

Rail travellers arrive at the Mannheim Arena/Maimarkt stop. From there, city trains will take over the onward journey. Alternatively, the walk takes 10 minutes.

Long-distance traffic

With a few exceptions on weekends, there is a connection to the Maimarkt grounds with the S-Bahn without changes: half-hourly from Kaiserslautern, Germersheim and Bruchsal and hourly from Karlsruhe, Osterburken, Mosbach and Homburg (Saar).
