The entrance to EQUITANA Open Air is located at the riding stadium and can be reached via the main entrance to the Maimarkt grounds.

Friday, 12.08.2022: 10.00 to 19.00 

Saturday, 13.08.2022: 09.00 to 19.00 

Sunday, 14.08.2022: 09.00 to 17.00 

Tickets are available via our online shop at www.equitana.com/mannheim/tickets and via www.ticketmaster.de (keyword EQUITANA). The ticket shop can be accessed via PC and mobile devices (e.g. smartphone, tablet). The purchased tickets will be sent by e-mail and can be printed out or presented digitally on a mobile device at the entrance. It is therefore also possible to buy tickets on site at short notice.

In 2022, there will be no classic box office on site. You can purchase tickets via our online shop. The tickets can be presented digitally so that it is possible to buy tickets on site via your smartphone.

Your day ticket gives you access to all riding arenas as well as to the exhibitor tents on the entire grounds during the opening hours on the selected date. 

The evening in Mannheim also has a lot to offer: Whether it's a spectacular show experience at EQUITANA Open Air @Night or a whole evening provided with fascinating tips from top trainers - a visit is worthwhile right up to the last minute. More information about the evening shows will be available here soon! 

The two evening shows both start at 7.30 pm, admission to the grounds is from 6 pm, the stands are accessible from 7 pm. 

You can expect a multifaceted festival that appeals to sport and leisure riders across all disciplines. Details on the individual programme items can be found in our news, an overview will be prepared step by step here. 

If there are hygiene measures and access restrictions, we will publish them here.

In case of cancellation we will refund the ticket price, in case of postponement the ticket remains valid.

The entrance to EQUITANA Open Air is located at the riding stadium and can be reached via the main entrance of the Maimarkt grounds. 

The Maimarkt grounds are right next to the A 656 motorway. If you are coming by car: The roads are well signposted. There are plenty of parking spaces. 

In particular, car parks P6, P7 and P8 directly opposite the main entrance can be used for EQUITANA Open Air. 

The various riding arenas are located on the grounds of the annual Maimarkt tournament. The exhibitor tent city is directly adjacent to it. You will find the stand numbers of your favourite shops in our exhibitor list at a later date.

Rail travellers arrive at the Mannheim Arena/Maimarkt stop. From there, trams will take you to the next stop. Alternatively, the walk takes 10 minutes. 

With a few exceptions on weekends, there is a connection to the Maimarkt grounds by S-Bahn (suburban railway) without changes: half-hourly from Kaiserslautern, Germersheim and Bruchsal and hourly from Karlsruhe, Osterburken, Mosbach and Homburg (Saar).

Fare information is available on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the timetable service is available around the clock on the service number 0621 1077077. www.vrn.de

For safety reasons, all dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the event grounds. The dog's vaccination certificate must be carried. A muzzle, if required, must be worn at all times. As organisers, we reserve the right to exclude free-roaming dogs and their owners from the event. Due to the high number of visitors, we expressly recommend that dogs are not brought along.

Photography and filming at EQUITANA Open Air is permitted for private, non-commercial use. Photography and filming for commercial use (such as the resale of images and films in digital or printed form) is subject to restrictions and requires the express permission of the organiser. We have a catering area along the equestrian stadium with a mixed offer of food and drinks. Sales take place during regular opening hours.
