The user undertakes to utilise and publish the information assigned to the picture, particularly title, caption and photographer, when using it in a correct way.
The use of the picture material / video material will be free of charge for the reporting media with a copyright notice and a specimen copy.
Any other use of the picture will require the written consent of Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH.
It will not be allowed to sell or pass on the picture to third parties or to copy or otherwise duplicate these picture on to any types of data carriers.
Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH will not be liable for the infringement of rights of depicted people and/or objects. Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH will not grant any personality, ownership, artistic, trademark or similar rights. The user alone will be responsible for obtaining the above rights.
