EQUITANA 2021 will not take place in March
Due to the current restrictions to contain the Corona pandemic, we cannot guarantee any planning security to visitors and exhibitors. How the situation will develop by March is currently not foreseeable.
We are examining various options in close cooperation with our partners and exhibitors and hope to be able to announce an alternative solution soon.
With the decision that EQUITANA cannot take place in March, we have also cancelled contracts that have already been signed. You therefore do not need to do anything further, nor will there be any further costs.
In the next few days you will receive a credit note in the amount of the payments already made. We will refund the respective amounts to the account from which they were transferred to us. This may be somewhat delayed due to the holidays, for which we ask for your understanding.
In this context, we would like to ask you to contact your service provider directly. Unfortunately, we cannot assume any possible cancellation fees.
In this case, please contact the respective travel provider or hotel directly yourself.
We will refund the costs for day tickets already purchased in full via our service providers Aditus and Ticketmaster. If you purchased your ticket during EOA@home or via our ticket shop, you will be notified. We ask for your understanding that the processing may take some time.
