EQUITANA: Innovations & trends, equestrian sports

The EQUITANA Prizes for Innovation are awarded in conjunction with the German equestrian magazine PFERDEBETRIEB

EQUITANA has been awarding Prizes for Innovation in conjunction with the German equestrian magazine PFERDEBETRIEB since 2007. The prizes are intended to reward new creative and useful product developments. The focus is on innovations for breeders, riders and horse owners.

The Prizes for Innovation, awarded biannually, underline the innovative thinking behind the world's leading equestrian exhibition. Depending on their category, products nominated for a prize demonstrate enhanced safety, energy efficiency, durability, financial savings, improve health, make life easier or save time.

Exhibitors at the world's leading equestrian exhibition can present their innovations in five different categories:

Category 1: Stable design, indoor and outdoor arenas, training technology
Category 2: Stable technology and associated products, pasture and land management
Category 3: Health, grooming and feed products
Category 4: vehicles
Category 5: Riding apparel, workwear, safety products

By participating, exhibitors get the opportunity to present their products to a wide audience. All products nominated for a prize are marked accordingly at the exhibition. Awards are presented at the show during the exhibitors' evening.
